I understand that Magazine Deals Now is not the publisher and is not responsible for the content of any publication, nor the fulfillment or delivery of any publication. This is the publisher's responsibility. Should a publisher decide to cease publication of a magazine, the publisher is responsible for providing a substitute publication and the publisher should be contacted directly. If Magazine Deals Now is unable to fulfill an order for a magazine subscription for any reason, our liability is limited to a refund of the actual money paid for the magazine subscription by the customer.
