Order Cancellation Policy:
Please place your order with care. Please check
your order for accuracy before completing your
order. If you find that you have ordered an item you wish to cancel, if the order has not yet been processed we will cancel the order for you and issue a refund to you. However, if the order has already been processed we cannot cancel the order and issue a refund to you.
Our orders are processed
Tuesday of each week. Requests for cancellations must be received no later than
Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. (EST). Requests for
cancellation received after this time cannot be
refunded.
Order Change Policy:

order. If, after placing your order, you find that you ordered an item by mistake, changes may be made to your order if it has not yet been processed. However, if the order has already been processed we cannot make any changes to your order.

This does not apply to address changes. Address changes may be made at any time.
Change of Address:
When a change of address is required, please contact the publisher directly if you are already receiving your magazine subscription. If you have not yet started to receive your magazine subscription, please contact our customer service department to request an address change. Please include your old address and your new address as well as your order information.
The publisher will always require time to process a change of address in their system
due to the advance printing of mailing labels. If you have a change of address, please make sure to contact the post office and file a mail forwarding request to avoid any delivery problems.
Magazine Availability Policy:
I understand that Magazine Deals Now is a magazine subscription agency. Magazine Deals Now is responsible for forwarding all orders to the clearinghouse who then forwards the orders to the publisher for fulfillment.
All orders are subject to acceptance by the
publisher.
I understand that Magazine Deals Now is not the publisher and is not responsible for the content of any publication, nor the fulfillment or delivery of any publication. This is the publisher's responsibility.
If a magazine should cease publication
or change from print to digital editions, this is an action by the publisher. If a magazine which you have ordered has ceased publication
or changed format, the publisher is responsible for providing a substitute publication. Please contact the publisher directly.
If Magazine Deals Now is unable to fulfill an order for a magazine subscription, our liability is limited to a refund of the actual money paid for the magazine subscription by the customer.
